Association a non-partisan, non-sectarian, without discrimination of race, sex, religion, language, nationality, political ideology and excludes any profit-making purposes and aims of human solidarity.
The aims set by the Statute of the association were and are: to meet the growing demand for blood donors to have prepared and tested in the type of blood and in health, the fight to eliminate the sale of blood, donate blood for free to all, without discrimination.

Avis is an association of volunteers (enrolled in the Regional Register and regulated by the Law 266/91) formed between those who donate voluntarily, freely, regularly and anonymously on his own blood.
